Julia Horlov Promoted To Partner
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Julia Horlov to the position of Partner. Julia will continue to lead our busy Qualitative Team while taking up a more strategic position at our agency.
Julia joined us in 2001 having come from a professional services and manufacturing background and has a wealth of commercial experience. Julia holds both a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences (First Class) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology.

Sarah Askew Promoted To Associate Director
We’re also delighted to announce that Sarah has been promoted to Associate Director.
Since re-joining us a year ago, Sarah has not only demonstrated that she is an excellent researcher with exemplary client handling skills, but has also made a significant contribution to our agency’s new business efforts, and has generated and developed various ideas for new products and services we can offer.
In her new position, Sarah will continue to be involved in client projects, but will also take on more management responsibility and will play a greater role in shaping the future direction of our agency.
