Control and consistency in terms of the way work is undertaken is essential. For these reasons we will not, as some agencies do, subcontract your qualitative project to an overseas company and try to run it from the UK.
We will send our insight consultants to each country to play a pivotal role in the fieldwork - local moderators will be briefed face-to-face and our consultants will view the groups/depths (with, where appropriate, simultaneous translation) and will ensure the discussion covers all the required topics, and that questions are posed in the right way.
